Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many activities that you can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can lead to issues such as back pain, depression and heart disease. It is essential that we get sufficient sleep in order to keep our health good.
