Some people believe that their job allows them to exercise regularly, or that they have friends who support them in staying fit. But those people are actually lucky. Those people don’t have any problems. They have everything under control. I wish everyone could become like them. Unfortunately, many of us don’t know how to manage our personal and work lives. Bad habits can lead to heart disease, diabetes, and other diseases.

Here are some ways to improve your daily life.

  1. Sleep well - at least 7 hours per night, maximum 8 hours. This includes good sleeping habits and avoiding caffeine for the last hour before bed. Caffeine blocks melatonin hormones, making it difficult to fall asleep. Your bedroom should be darkened and cleaned. Make sure that you use blackout curtains especially if you are working late at night.
  2. Eat well - Have breakfast every morning. Try to avoid sugar products, fried foods, processed food and white breads. Lunch should include fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
