Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise can help our bodies become stronger and give them more energy. Exercise can also make us happy. There are many exercises you can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress.
