We had to learn what was good for our bodies in order to do this. We then looked at different ways in which people try to improve their health and we found out that there were many things that could help us. Finally, we came up with some tips that would help us stay healthier and happier.

We started by looking at different kinds of food. We discovered that some foods are not good for us and others are better. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. It also makes us feel happy. There are many types of exercise that we can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity. To stay healthy, it is important to get enough rest.
